Hours after London and Brussels said they had agreed on a Brexit deal, Johnson was all smiles as he met his European counterparts.

Despite leading the referendum campaign for Brexit, he was warmly received by the likes of Emmanuel Macron and Luxembourg's Xavier Bettel.
