UK Housing Minister Kit Malthouse will join the bid to become the next Prime Minister reported the Sun newspaper late on Monday night.

“I believe I’m the new face, with fresh new ideas, from a new and talented generation.” Malthouse told the Sun. 

The Liverpool born Conservative MP recently thanked Theresa May for her service as Prime Minister, noting "her determination and grace under fire have been remarkable."
