French Interior Minister Christophe Castaner, Mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo and victims' relatives are marking the fourth anniversary of the attacks on satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo.

Two French jihadists linked to al-Qaeda killed 11 people at Charlie Hebdo's offices in 2015.

In 2006, the magazine printed controversial cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed.
