Alan Pardew appointed West Brom coach as Sam Allardyce prepares to take over at Everton

English football's managerial merry-go-round is in full swing with West Bromwich Albion appointing Alan Pardew as new head coach.

The former Newcastle and Crystal Palace boss steps into the shoes of Tony Pulis. He was sacked by the Baggies after a dismal run of 10 premier league games without victory left the club one point above the relegation zone.

Elsewhere, Sam Allardyce is reportedly close to finalising a deal to become Everton's new manager.

The ex-England boss, who has been out of work since leaving Crystal Palace in May, will become the permanent successor to Ronald Koeman.

Further a field in Italy, Gennaro Gattuso has been put in charge of first team affairs at AC Milan after the club sacked Vincenzo Montella.
