All powerful Paris-Saint-Germain swept Celtic aside with a majestic 7:1 win in the latest Champions league action.
The French side in Group B have already qualified for the last 16 and on present form look unbeatable. Celtic’s dreams are now reduced to hoping for a Europa League place.
In Group D a 0:0 draw between Barcelona and Juventus means Barcelona have qualified for the knock outs, but Juventus are still looking for a point to clinch their place.
In Group A, a draw for Manchester United would have been enough for them to qualify but an 89th-minute winner by the Swiss team Basel left them 1:0 down meaning they are still waiting.
But a convincing 4:0 win for Chelsea over FK Qarabag means they have done the business and have booked their place in Kyiv.
