Javier Cuenca: "child poverty must be a priority of social protection policies"

Javier Cuenca is the head of international NGO Save the Children office in Andalusia, Spain.
He tells euronews reporter Valerie Gauriat of the spread and implications of child poverty in Spain, which the organisation fears will settle in the long term. A risk which he says is increased by the lack of specific social protection policies aimed at children.
