The Old Lady won 2-1 in the second leg in Turin, thanks to first-half strikes from Mario Mandzukic and Dani Alves.
Kylian Mbappé pulled one back after 69 minutes, but victory was rarely in doubt after Juve scored two unanswered away goals in Monaco last week.
They will face either Real Madrid or Atletico Madrid in the final in Cardiff on June 3rd.
