“We are in the middle of the Dolomites, they are a world natural heritage. They are the beauty of Trentino, and to do tracking or to go with your mountain bike through that beauty is something you have to do once in your life. And don’t forget that we are in Italy so we always say that this is the Alpine side with an Italian touch. We are a hundred per cent Italian. You can go mountain biking anywhere, but in Trentino if you put your mountain-bike into your garage you have the opportunity to eat and drink like in Italy. That is the difference.”
