In a true display of dedication to his team, English cricketer Liam Thomas played on after losing his artificial leg during a match for his country’s national physical disabilities team.

The incident occurred as England played against Pakistan in the Dubai T20 Invitational on October 24.

Unfortunately, Thomas’ actions were not enough to lead his team to victory and they lost the match by three wickets.

The player did, however, receive the offer of a sponsorship deal from Piranha cricket equipment.

He commented on Twitter: “Absolutely privileged to be joining piranha cricket.”
