Thousands of zombies have marched through the streets of Mexico City on a mission to boost equality and help the poor.
It’s the ninth year that the event has taken place with participants encouraged to donate to food banks.
One participant, Martha Sanchez, noted: “Zombies don’t discriminate: we bite children, adults and elderly equally.”
“Event organizers say that the Zombie Walk is meant to promote equality and tolerance of zombie culture.” In Mexico City yesterday pic.twitter.com/6dHjqpytpO
