France’s economy grew by 0.2 percent in the period between April and June from the previous three months.

That is according to the latest estimate from the country’s central bank.

The data came in the Bank of France’s monthly business climate survey, which showed morale in manufacturing and construction has stabilised, but slipped slightly in the services sector.

The French economy grew by a faster-than-expected 0.6 percent in the first quarter of the year, however the fallout from Britain’s vote to leave the European Union is expected to weaken French economic growth by as much as 0.2 percent.
