Hollande and Abbas discuss the Middle East conflict

French President Francois Hollande said that an international conference to tackle the Israeli-Palestinian conflict was the best way to bring peace.

He made the comments after meeting with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas ahead of a four-day trip to the Middle East.
