The alert is said to have been triggered by a phone call to police. Witnesses said their was no panic.
“We were sitting by Starbucks and wanted to have a coffee when we saw police running, and then my little brother said: ‘That’s not good.’ And then everything was closed and we couldn’t leave anymore,” said one woman.
