Italian speed skiers Ivan Origone and Valentina Greggio on Saturday set new men’s and women’s world records at the French Alps resort of Vars

Italian speed skiers Ivan Origone and Valentina Greggio on Saturday set new men’s and women’s world records at the French Alps resort of Vars.

Origone – the younger brother of disicpline guru Simone – clocked a new world mark of 254.958 Kmph while Greggio beat the 10-year-old women’s world record by reaching 247.083 kmph.
