Euronews spoke at Berlin’s ITB to Sandra Doig Alberdi, Incoming Tourism Deputy Director at Prom Perú, about how Peru tries to improve its connectivity with the European market.

We are improving our relationship with all the airlines that can reach Peru. This year for example British Airways is going to have their first direct flight from London to Lima on May 4. We also speak with Lufthansa and would be great for them to go directly to Peru. We also have a strategic alliance with KLM. We are willing to make it very easy for the Europeans to reach our country and we are willing to try and open doors to enter the country.
