There have been more protests outside the offices of Portugal’s rescued bank, Novo Banco. Customers want savings lost when the bank was created from the defunct Banco Espirito Santo to be refunded.
The bank has sold its investment banking arm to a Chinese investor for 379 million euros and is itself for sale.
