Spanish giants Barcelona have honoured club legend Xavi during his final league game for the club at the Camp Nou on Saturday.
The 35-year-old, who confirmed earlier this week that he would join Qatari side Al Sadd, won eight Spanish league titles and three Champions League trophies during his illustrious career with the Blaugranas.
Xavi has been a regular part of the first team since signing in 1998, making more appearances for Barca than any other player in their history.
