Deadly fire sweeps through Philippines factory

At least 31 workers have been killed and dozens are missing, feared dead after a fire swept through a rubber slipper factory in the Philippines capital Manila.

Investigators were trying to determine the cause of the blaze, but a fireman said flammable materials and chemicals helped spread the flames.
