Oklahoma hit by tornadoes

A series of storms including a major twister have hit the southern United States close to Oklahoma City.

At least 13 people were reported injured and damage was widespread.

A number of animals briefly escaped from a tiger safari park after the enclosure was hit by a tornado, the Grady County Sheriff’s Office said they were all recaptured without further incident.
