Germany coach Joachim Loew has extended his deal with the Mannschaft until the end of the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
The 55-year-old, who began as assistant to Jurgen Klinsmann in 2004 before taking over the top job two years later, had been under contract until Euro 2016.
In addition to extending Loew’s contract, the German Football Association have extended general manager Oliver Bierfhoff’s duties. Loew’s assistant Thomas Schneider and goalkeeping coach Andreas Koepke have also been rewarded with new contracts.
