Security camera footage has emerged of three British schoolgirls believed to have joined ISIL militants in Syria.

The three, aged 15 and 16, were seen waiting for hours at a bus station in Turkey, before travelling on to a city near the Syrian border.

Police believe the girls did make it into Syria and are now in the hands of ISIL.

The girls’ families and police issued urgent appeals for information after the three flew out of London for Istanbul on February the 17th.

Authorities believe they were radicalised online.

Serious questions are now being asked about how the girls were able to fly unaccompanied and get through border controls in both the UK and Turkey.
