Shock and screams as boy suddenly disappears into murky water

Following heavy rains a group of men and boys, watched and recorded by friends, stepped into the flood to clear out debris preventing water from escaping.
What happened next is the stuff of nightmares as the nine year old and his uncle are suddenly sucked into the murky depths.
There are panic and screams as they disappear but seconds later, jubilation, as they emerge from a pipe just a few metres away.
The boy is shown celebrating although his older relative appears shocked.
The video, filmed by another relative, was obtained by Reuters.
