Norway’s Olympic super giant slalom champion Kjetil Jansrud won his fourth World Cup race of the season at Val Gardena on Saturday.
The 29-year-old, who clocked an impressive time of 1min 33.87sec, had already bagged himself a hat-trick of wins this season, including the opening two Super-G races in Lake Louise and Beaver Creek.
Second went to home favourite Dominik Paris. The Italian sensation finished 0.46 seconds behind and this result sees him put pressure on Hannes Reichelt in the Super-G standings. The 34-year-old completed the podium and is now just 15 points ahead of Paris with Jansrud still sitting top, 95 points ahead.
Jansrud also leads the overall standings with 592 points ahead of the absent Marcel Hirscher of Austria.
