Monaco's National Day gets news of Rainier Twins

It may be a micro-state but Monaco held a big party for its National Day, and Prince Albert had some good news for the crowds as well. He and Princess Charlene are expecting twins, for mid-December. So, doubles all round in time for Christmas. No wonder the couple looked so happy, as they graced the public with a kiss.
