It’s been an action-packed Sunday in the world of motorsports.

Nico Rosberg still hasn’t given up his title hopes in Formula One while in Moto GP, Marc Márquez finished the year the way he started.

Rosberg celebrated his first victory since July, keeping alive his hopes of winning the world title.

The German dominated the Brazilian Grand Prix from the start, followed closely behind by team mate Lewis Hamilton.

England’s Hamilton, winner of the last five races, refused to take too many risks and his second-place finish means he will start the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix with a 17 point advantage, knowing that in the last race of the season, the points are double.

In MotoGP, the Marquez family had plenty of reasons to celebrate in Valencia.

World Champion Marc Marquez ended the season on a high note by winning the final Grand Prix of 2014.

A win that earned the Honda rider another record, he became the first man to win 13 races in motorcycling’s elite top class in the same year.

His brother Alex grabbed the world title in Moto three meaning for the first time two brothers became world champions in the same season.
