The biggest annual animation showcase in Europe, the Cartoon Forum, rolled into Toulose again and proucers from around the world gathered to pitch their projects. Since its cre­ation in 1990, 922 series have found financ­ing, rep­re­sent­ing a total bud­get of 3.95 bil­lion EUR.
