The Chelsea legend played 381 times for the Stamford Bridge outfit across two stints – winning four Premier League titles and the Champions League.
The Chicago Fire club owned Drogba’s MLS rights, but traded him to Montreal.
He is set to sign a reported 18 month contract worth 3 million dollars.
