Live. Ceuta cries out for EU help, Hungary expels 10 Russian diplomats

Ceuta's mayor Juan Jesús Vivas has requested greater European support for the continuing crisis in the Spanish enclave after 80.000 crossed the border illegally last month. Meanwhile, the Hungarian government has decided to expel 10 Russian diplomats over "unacceptable" activities.
