The ride blends faith and community, attracting locals and bikers from across Portugal. Known as the compasso, the annual blessing usually sees priests going door to door, but Father Avelino chose a faster, louder route. Inspired by Pope Francis, he says the goal is to take the message of Christ beyond church walls.

For many riders, it is as much about family as tradition, a celebration that brings together faith, freedom, and friendship on two wheels.
