Video. Russian drones hit Kharkiv kindergarten, children evacuated amid blaze

Russia attacked Ukraine's second-largest city of Kharkiv on Wednesday, hitting a kindergarten with children in attendance. Ukraine’s president said all children have been evacuated, with many “experiencing acute stress reactions”.
