Israeli airstrikes and shootings killed 94 Palestinians in Gaza overnight, including 45 people who were trying to access desperately needed humanitarian aid, health officials said.

According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, five people were killed outside locations linked to the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, while 40 others died waiting for aid elsewhere in the Strip.

Israeli airstrikes also hit shelters, killing 15 people in tents in the Muwasi zone and another 15 at a school in Gaza City.

Since the war began in October 2023, over 57,000 Palestinians have been killed, according to the ministry, which says more than half were women and children.
