Video. Russia launches large-scale drone strikes on Kharkiv and Kramatorsk

Russia carried out a major drone assault on the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv on Tuesday evening, causing multiple fires and injuring at least two people, local officials said.

According to Ukraine’s State Emergency Service, drones struck a number of civilian sites, including businesses, warehouses, industrial areas, and service stations.

Kharkiv regional governor Oleh Syniehubov confirmed that a series of Shahed-type drones were used in the attack, causing at least 15 explosions across the city.

In a separate incident, a Russian drone strike hit the city of Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region during the early hours of Wednesday.

Three people from the same family, including an 11-year-old girl, were injured when a residential building was damaged, local authorities reported.
