Video. The presidents of France and Italy see a new exhibition at the Louvre

Emmanuel Macron and Sergio Mattarella visited the Louvre on Wednesday as a new exhibition called 'Naples in Paris' opened. Italian renaissance classics will hang in the French capital and the two presidents were keen to celebrate the links between the two countries.

The presidents of France and Italy, Emmanuel Macron and Sergio Mattarella, opened a new exhibition at the Louvre museum in Paris on Wednesday.

‘Naples in Paris’ will see Italian renaissance masterpieces on loan from the Neapolitan Capodimonte Museum displayed in the French capital.

The French government said the exhibition honours the links between France and Italy.
