Volunteers and members of the UN refugee agency in Venezuela decorated a mural on Tuesday in Caracas in multicoloured hearts, hoping it lasts as a "message of union."
The initiative is also part of the idea of artist Maria Daniela Velazco, who said the city needed an iconic and significant space.
