LONDON (Reuters) - British commodities broker Marex Spectron Group said on Friday that it is considering an initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange's main market.

The company, which plans to publish registration documents later in the day, intends to have a free float of at least 25% of issued share capital, it said. The broker expects that shares representing a further 15% of the offer will be made available pursuant to an over-allotment option, it said.
