Flames and thick smoke rose from an Ozon warehouse in Adygeysk, southern Russia, on Wednesday November 4, in footage shared on social media.
The e-commerce giant said one of its warehouses had come under a drone attack.
The incident comes as Ukraine presses ahead with a campaign targeting logistics infrastructure across Russia.
Other sites hit have included facilities belonging to Ozon, Russia's second-largest online marketplace, and its main competitor Wildberries, the country's largest online retailer.
Kyiv has alleged that Wildberries supplied components to the Russian military.
