At Davos, Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch and Morocco’s delegation promoted the Kingdom as a logistics and industrial hub, a bridge between continents, and a regional leader in renewable energy, aiming to attract greater international investment.
The delegation, led by Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch, arrived in Davos to showcase the country’s transformation into a "major logistics hub." Speaking to global leaders, Aziz Akhannouch highlighted how new port complexes and digital corridors are strengthening the nation's Atlantic coastline.
This vision is supported by Minister of Economy and Finance Nadia Fettah Alaoui, who described the Kingdom as an "honest broker" and a technological bridge for international investors seeking sustainable growth.
The country’s green credentials were also a focal point. With renewable energy set to provide 52% of electricity capacity by 2030, General Director of AMDIE Ali Seddiki confirmed that Morocco is now a "world-class sustainable hub," already boasting the largest car manufacturing capacity in Africa.
