Forced deportations of Ukranian children to Russia explained: ICC arrest warrant for Putin

Prosecutors from the International Criminal Court have issued their first arrest warrants linked to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Moscow has announced it does not recognise the jurisdiction of the court in the Hague. Our international correspondant Sasha Vakulina explains how Ukrainian children have been forcefully deported to Russia in this report.
