The Supreme Court of the United States ruled in favor of President Donald Trump on Friday, allowing him to divert funds from the Pentagon to build sections of a border wall in Arizona and Texas.
Overturning a lower court decision, the ruling allows the president access to approximately $2.5 billion for the project while environmental groups fight the wall in court, arguing that the construction would produce environmental harm and would amount to spending money without the required approval by Congress.
