A joint operation between Swedish Police and a shipping company caught a group of thieves red-handed.
Swedish Police and shipping company Postnord caught a gang that carried out robberies on high-speed moving trucks.
Surveillance camera footage shows two thieves jumping aboard the moving vehicle while two others were tailgating the truck in a car with the headlights off.
During the summer, shipping company Postnord began to notice recurring thefts of items on trucks that drove through a specific stretch of the highway, between Vara and Alingsås.
During the joint operation, Postnord security staff and undercover police told the truck driver to stop the vehicle, trapping the thieves inside. The four gang members were arrested.
