Four people have been killed and at least eight injured in an accident between a train and a military vehicle in Finland. The incident took place on a level crossing in the southern coastal city of Raseborg, about 55 miles from the capital Helsinki. Three of the people who died were military personnel, apparently travelling in an off-road vehicle on military exercise. The other person who died was travelling on the VR group regional train service.
