Former Marseille striker Michy Batshuayi scored from close range to down West Brom 1-0 at the Hawthorns, handing Chelsea their sixth Premier League title.

The 23-year-old, who came on as a substitute in the 75th minute, found the back of the net in the dying moments of the game to seal the win.

This result sees Antonio Conte become the fourth Italian to clinch the English top-flight title, a year after Claudio Ranieri masterminded Leicester City’s incredible triumph.
