Juventus have thrashed Barcelona 3-0 in the first leg of their Champions League quarter final.

In front of a home crowd in Turin, the Old Lady punished their Catalan visitors, and will take a commanding lead into the second leg at the Nou Camp.

Two goals in the first 22 minutes from Argentine forward Paulo Dybala put Juve in the driving seat, and Giorgio Chiellini headed in a third ten minutes into the second half.

Barcelona are faced with a mountain to climb if they are to progress to the semi-finals, but they did manage to overturn a 4-0 deficit against Paris Saint Germain last round.
