In an unusual video posted on the Lake County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, the sheriff recited a hostile message to the area’s heroin dealers.

Sheriff Peyton Grinnell, flanked by officers dressed in SWAT uniforms, delivered his speech looking directly into the camera.

The senior officer reassured members of the public that they “can remain anonymous” when providing information about dealers “pushing this poison”.

He then threatens the dealers directly with murder charges and tells them “we are coming for you.”

The video received thousands of comments on Facebook where some compared it to footage produced by ISIL.
