Oklahoma City Thunder are into the NBA’s Western Conference Finals with a hard fought win over San Antonio Spurs.

Kevin Durant was imperious as he notched up 37 points in Game 6 at the Chesapeake Energy Arena.

Russell Westbrook posted 28 points and 12 assists while Steven Adams added 15 and 11 rebounds for the Thunder.

The Spurs were held to just 31 first-half points – their lowest return all season.

The Thunder were 24 points up at half time and went on to win 113-99, clinching a 4-2 series victory.

Oklahoma now face defending champion Golden State Warriors with Game 1 in Oakland California on Monday.
