Manchester City will look to continue their dream run in the Champions League when they take on ten-times winners Real Madrid in the first leg of their semi-final on Tuesday at the Etihad.

Midfielder Yaya Toure will miss the game because of a thigh injury.

Toure suffered the injury during Saturday’s 4-0 win over Stoke.

Captain Vincent Kompany however looks set to feature after recovering from a string of calf injuries.

Real Madrid meanwhile will be giving Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo late fitness tests ahead of the game.

Ronaldo missed Saturday’s win over Rayo Vallecano with a thigh injury while Benzema limped off in the first half of that game.

The Spanish giants are in the semi-finals of Europe’s top club competition for the seventh consecutive time and are looking to reach the final for a second time in three seasons.
