Spanish police have arrested a Moroccan man on the island of Mallorca on suspicion of having close links to Islamic militants. The man has not been named, and is also accused of recruiting fighters to go to Syria and Iraq along with commissioning potential attacks in Spain and around Europe says the Interior Ministry.
