Just days after Russian planes flew close to a United States Navy destroyer in the Baltic Sea, the Pentagon says a US military reconnaissance plane was intercepted by a Russian fighter in an “unsafe and unprofessional manner.”
The incident happened during a routine flight in international airspace over the Baltic Sea, said the Pentagon.
