Explosion devastates Russian apartment building

An explosion blamed on gas has devastated an apartment building in the southern Russian city of Volgograd.
The blast, which occured around midday on Sunday, blew off part of the building and injured at least eight people.
About 150 residents will need to be relocated, according to authorities.
