A world cup qualifier between Malaysia and Saudi Arabia was abandoned on Tuesday night following crowd trouble in Selangor.

Visiting Saudi Arabia were leading 2-1 when play was stopped and could now be awarded a 3-0 victory as a result of possible FIFA sanctions against Malaysia.
